“A Reign Of HORROR... a man-made monster on the loose!”

A car hits Professor George Kingsley (Stanley Ridges) as he crosses the street, and the gangsters inside leave one of their own, Cannon, paralyzed. Dr. Ernest Sovac (Boris Karloff), Kingsley's friend, treats both men, and for a reward he places part of Cannon's brain in the dying professor's skull. Arthur Lubin's film puts two men in one body, a mild professor and a hardened criminal, and neither one gets to leave.
