Black Lotus

“There's always something to fight for.”

Amsterdam is the setting, a city of canals and bright nightlife with a crime syndicate running beneath it. Matteo Donner (Rico Verhoeven), an ex-special forces operative, goes after that syndicate alone to bring back the daughter of a friend. Todor Chapkanov directs Frank Grillo as Saban and Marie Dompnier as Helene, and the film leaves Donner in the streets, still moving, with the syndicate somewhere behind him.
