Black Magic M-66

Sybel (Yoshiko Sakakibara) is a freelance reporter who goes looking for a story and finds one with a military cover-up wrapped around it. A top-secret weapon has broken out of custody, and its pre-programmed target is still waiting for it. Shirow Masamune and Hiroyuki Kitakubo put her in the middle of the chase, and Sybel keeps pushing in, long after anyone sensible would have backed away.
