Black Mama, White Mama

“Chicks in Chains - where they come from this is... Fun!”

Lee Daniels (Pam Grier), a prisoner with a short temper, wants out, and a transfer for safekeeping gives her the chance. She is chained at the wrist to Karen Brent (Margaret Markov), a revolutionary who has no interest in being anyone's partner. Eddie Romero sends the two of them stumbling through the wilderness, stabbing and cat-fighting, with gangsters and revolutionaries closing in, and the chain makes them need each other long before either will say so.
