Black Scorpion

“Justice has a nasty sting.”

In a city where the air supply is the one thing everybody shares, Darcy Walker (Joan Severance) works days as a cop and spends her nights as the costumed Black Scorpion, kicking evildoers to a pulp. Jonathan Winfrey sends her after an asthmatic mad scientist, with help from a petty thief named Argyle. His plan is to taint the city's air with a toxin, and every person breathing it is the target.
