Blame It on the Bellboy

“Mix-ups, Mishaps, Madness, and Mayhem... It's all part of the service.”

Melvyn Orton (Dudley Moore) is a mild-mannered man sent to Venice to look over a property his employer wants to buy. He checks into a hotel where two other men have booked rooms under names that sound almost the same as his, one a hit man, the other hoping to meet a woman he's never seen. Mark Herman lets the bellboy hand out the wrong messages, and each guest walks into a stranger's appointment, with someone's life on the line.
