Blanche

“A forbidden love”

Blanche (Ligia Branice) is the young wife of the aging Master (Michel Simon), who keeps her in his castle in a secluded land. Every man who passes through falls for her, including the visiting King (Georges Wilson) and his servant Bartolomeo (Jacques Perrin). Walerian Borowczyk sets her among them as the Master tightens his hold, and her purity may be the only thing she has left to lose.
