“Coming to save your butt!”

In a rundown corner of 1994 Los Angeles, Darryl Walker (Damon Wayans) spends his days building gadgets out of junk, a grown man with a child's imagination. When he finds a way to make his clothes bulletproof, he decides the city needs a hero, and he will be the cheapest one it has ever had. Mike Binder follows Darryl and his brother Kevin (David Alan Grier) as the costume goes out onto streets far less forgiving than any gadget he has built.
