Blaze

“I know what I saw.”

Blaze (Julia Savage) is a 13-year-old girl who sees a violent crime she was never meant to see, and cannot put it down afterward. She calls up an imaginary dragon to hold her anger and keep her company as she grows toward womanhood. Del Kathryn Barton builds the story around Blaze and her father Luke (Simon Baker), two people sharing a house and a silence, each carrying what happened separately.
