Blind

“We see what we want to see”

Several years after the car crash that killed his wife and took his sight, the novelist Bill Oakland (Alec Baldwin) lives in New York shut off from his own work. Then Suzanne Dutchman (Demi Moore), whose husband Mark (Dylan McDermott) has been indicted, comes into his life, a wife long neglected. Michael Mailer directs the affair mostly through voices and close two-shots, so the story stays with what the two of them say to each other.
