Claire Cummings Hanneman (Leslie Brooks) moves through a string of men, rich and poor, and some of them don't survive her company. Les Burns (Robert Paige) is one of the men she gets close to, and Jack Bernhard directs the whole affair as a quick B picture, adapted from the 1938 novel Once Too Often. Claire is left standing in her tailored clothes, a golddigger with a trail of men behind her.
