Antonio Sordi (William Campbell) paints morbid pictures by day and, by night, becomes a vampire who kills young women. Jack Hill and Stephanie Rothman direct the story of a man who believes he has found his lost mistress again in Donna Allen (Sandra Knight), a woman who happens to be the sister of one of his victims. He is courting her in daylight, and she has no idea what his nights are for.
