Blood-C: The Last Dark

Itsuki Tomofusa (Atsushi Abe) wants to be free of the curfews and Internet limits that the Youth Ordinance Bill clamps on Tokyo's minors. He joins Surat, an underground group that hacks its way toward Fumito Nanahara, the man who controls the city, and finds a secret organization called Tower running human experiments behind him. Naoyoshi Shiotani's film sets young people with laptops against an adult power that treats their bodies and their choices as its own.
