Blood of My Blood

Márcia (Rita Blanco) wants nothing more than to keep her family at the same table, her son Joca (Rafael Morais) and her brother Telmo (Nuno Lopes) among them, in their ordinary home on the outskirts of Lisbon. Within a single week, the quiet they have lived in comes apart, and no one in the house can put it back. João Canijo keeps the camera close to these people through that week, so there is nowhere in the frame to look away.
