Blood Punch

Milton (Milo Cawthorne), a college dropout, is pulled out of rehab by Skyler (Olivia Tennet) and her trigger-happy ex Russell (Ari Boyland), then driven to a remote cabin in the woods to cook meth for one day. Madellaine Paxson, in her directorial debut, has the couple deliver their deadpan half-truths on repeat while the body count grows. All Milton has to work out is what he actually signed up for, and how much of himself it will take.
