“Crime runs in the family.”

In 1970s Brooklyn, Chris (Clive Owen) walks out of prison and into a family business he never left behind. His brother Frank (Billy Crudup) is a cop who has spent the years on the other side of the law. Guillaume Canet puts them in the same neighborhood, and the film is about how long blood can hold two men together when they want opposite things.
