Someone in New York is killing the city's best fighters, and the murders keep coming with the moon. Det. Ken O'Hara (Gary Daniels), a specialist who hunts serial killers, is brought in to find a man who has proven himself both clever and patient. Tony Leung stages the fights with his Hong Kong training, while Ken, working beside Det. Chuck Baker (Chuck Jeffreys), knows that if he fails, he is the next name on the list.
