“The nightmare begins with the kids next door.”

Joyce Russel (Lori Lethin) is a teenager who starts to suspect the three ten-year-olds living near her are killers. All three were born during the same total eclipse in 1970, and their killing begins as they reach their tenth birthdays. Her younger brother is pulled in with her, while Ed Hunt keeps the film in a cheap, grainy 1981 slasher look.
