Bloody Oranges

(2021)Directed by Jean-Christophe Meurisse112 minComedy, Crime, Drama
“Warning: Naughty Comedy!”

A retired couple buried in debt enter a dance contest, a minister (Christophe Paou) stands accused of tax evasion, a teenage girl meets a sexual maniac, and a young lawyer (Alexandre Steiger) tries to climb the social ladder. Jean-Christophe Meurisse runs these stories side by side and lets them drift toward one another. The couple keep dancing, the contest their last chance at the money.
