Blue City

“It's below Miami and above the law.”

In 1986, Billy Turner (Judd Nelson) comes back to the small Florida town where he grew up and learns his father has been killed. The police give him little help, so he starts asking questions himself, and they lead him toward Perry Kerch (Scott Wilson), the local mob boss. Michelle Manning directs this adaptation of Ross Macdonald's novel, and Billy has no one but himself to count on in a town that wants the case left alone.
