Blue Spring

“AREN’T THERE SOME FLOWERS THAT NEVER BLOOM.”

At a run-down boys' high school in Tokyo, the gangs run everything, and the top spot has just passed to Kujo (Ryuhei Matsuda). He takes the title and almost at once grows bored with the violence and hatred around him. Toshiaki Toyoda adapts Taiyō Matsumoto's manga, following Kujo and his friends Aoki (Hirofumi Arai) and Yukio (Sousuke Takaoka) as the post he can't wait to leave keeps him in his place.
