Blues in the Night

“They make music by day! They live it..by night!”

Why does a fugitive keep turning up wherever this struggling band plays? Jigger Pine (Richard Whorf) leads the group, and their path crosses with Del Davis (Lloyd Nolan), a man on the run, and with the old feuds and love affairs that trail him. Anatole Litvak keeps the musicians close, and Jigger holds the band together while everything pulls at it.
