Bob le Flambeur

Bob Montagné (Roger Duchesne) is a gambler in Paris, well liked and well dressed, a man even the police inspector Ledru (Guy Decomble) greets by name. When his luck turns, Jean-Pierre Melville follows him toward the Deauville casino, a vault full of money, and the Grand Prix weekend that makes it a target. Bob keeps a young man, Paulo (Daniel Cauchy), close, and the cards run cold for him.
