Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw

“It started out as a joy ride...It sure didn't end that way!”

Bobbie Jo Baker (Lynda Carter) is a country girl with no plans, working as a carhop and wanting anything that moves faster than her life does. She finds it in Lyle Wheeler (Marjoe Gortner), a man who has styled himself as a Wild West outlaw and invites her along for a run of theft and murder. Mark L. Lester sends the two out together, a carhop's uniform traded for the road and a trail of crimes behind them.
