“Drugs. Rehab. Profit.”

Utah (Jack Kilmer) is an addict living on the streets of rural Ohio with his girlfriend Opal (Alice Englert) when a man named Wood (Michael Kenneth Williams) offers them treatment in Los Angeles. Wood takes Utah under his wing and brings him to Vin (Frank Grillo), who runs a treatment center. John Swab sets Utah inside a business where the money comes first, and the people in the beds are what it pays out.
