Bombshell

(1933)Directed by Victor Fleming96 minComedy, Romance
“An explosion of laughter...with beautiful Jean Harlow as the female fire-cracker of filmdom!”

Lola Burns (Jean Harlow), a film star in 1933, is worn down by her studio, her family of hangers-on, and a press agent, E.J. 'Space' Hanlon (Lee Tracy), who turns every moment of her life into a headline. Victor Fleming keeps the house full of chattering relatives, including her father Pops (Frank Morgan), who all seem to live off her paycheck. Lola wants a life of her own, and the people around her profit too much from the old one to let her walk away.
