Laura Porter (Danielle Savre) watched her parents die as a child, and she has believed ever since that the killer was the Boogeyman. As an adult she checks into a mental health facility for group therapy, hoping to be cured of the fear. Jeff Betancourt keeps the patients close together as they start dying one by one, and Laura leans hardest on her brother Henry (Matt Cohen), the only other person who was in the house that night.
