Book of Blood

“The dead will not be silenced.”

A gruesome slaying has been committed in a house, and Mary Florescu (Sophie Ward), a paranormal researcher, is called in to investigate. Her student Simon McNeal (Jonas Armstrong) goes along, and John Harrison treats the place as a crossing point for the dead on their way out of the world. Anyone who stays long enough in those rooms may find the dead have a use for them.
