Border

“Sense something beautiful”

Tina (Eva Melander) is a border guard at a Swedish port who can smell guilt on a traveler, and she has never once been wrong about who is hiding what. Then Vore (Eero Milonoff) walks through her checkpoint, and she can't prove a thing against him. Ali Abbasi builds the film around what Tina learns about her own body and her place among other people, which she has been told is a source of shame.
