Borgo

Melissa (Hafsia Herzi) works as a guard at a prison in Corsica, moving through corridors with the careful distance of someone who has learned not to look too closely. She crosses paths with Djibril (Moussa Mansaly), an inmate whose presence pulls at a longing she has kept locked away. Demoustier frames them both in harsh fluorescent light and concrete, watching what happens when two people confined by different walls begin to recognize each other.
