“From The Pages Of The Beloved Best Seller... A Motion Picture To Delight All The World!”

In a national park in Kenya, the game warden George Adamson (Bill Travers) and his wife Joy (Virginia McKenna) are raising three orphaned lion cubs. When the two larger cubs are shipped off to a zoo in the Netherlands, the smallest, Elsa, stays with the couple. James Hill follows Joy as she keeps Elsa close, while head warden Kendall (Geoffrey Keen) tells her the lion must learn to survive in the wild or go to a zoo.
