Born to Raise Hell

“A duty to protect. A heart for vengeance.”

Bobby (Steven Seagal), an Interpol agent on an Eastern European task force, is chasing gun traffickers and dope runners across the Balkans when his team lands in the middle of a street war between a Gypsy gang and a Russian arms dealer. A member of the task force is killed. Lauro David Chartrand-DelValle keeps the nights loud and the pace tight, and Bobby is left to carry a dead friend's name into every raid he leads.
