Boss Nigger

“White Man's Town... Black Man's Law!”

The town has no sheriff and no real explanation for it, which is the first thing two bounty hunters notice after riding in on the trail of an outlaw. Boss Nigger (Fred Williamson), who also wrote the script, and his partner Amos (D'Urville Martin) take the empty job for themselves, to the fury of Mayor Griffin (R.G. Armstrong) and the white townsfolk. Jack Arnold's Western puts a black lawman in a place that never asked for him, and Boss wears the badge anyway.
