Boundless

Detective Carl Mørck (Ulrich Thomsen) sends his junior partner Rose (Sofie Torp) to a remote Danish island to handle a troublesome old colleague. When that colleague takes his own life during his retirement ceremony, Rose finds herself pulled into an investigation of a cold case: a girl discovered hanging in a tree years before. What begins as a favor tangles with Rose's own buried trauma, and the two become impossible to separate.
