Boy Meets Girl

The night starts with Alex (Denis Lavant), an aspiring filmmaker in Paris, whose girlfriend has left him for his best friend. His attempt to confront the man comes to nothing. Leos Carax follows him through the empty streets until a party puts him in front of Mireille (Mireille Perrier), a young woman just as recently abandoned, and two people with no one left start to circle each other.
