In a maximum security prison, Bradley Thomas (Vince Vaughn), a former boxer turned drug courier, is told to kill a man held in Cell Block 99. S. Craig Zahler follows him through a shootout with police and into the cell block, where his enemies make him the instrument of the violence. His pregnant wife, Lauren (Jennifer Carpenter), is in the hands of a vengeful drug lord.
