Breakfast with Scot

“He's staying for dinner, too!”

Nobody has explained why an 11-year-old named Scot, flamboyant and entirely sure of himself, ends up in the home of Eric McNally (Tom Cavanagh), a former hockey player, and his partner Sam (Ben Shenkman). Neither man planned to be a parent, and both have kept their lives mostly closeted. Laurie Lynd's film turns on Eric and Sam, two people who have to work out what they are to each other once a child is in the house.
