“Push it to pop it! Rock it to lock it! Break it to make it!”

Los Angeles in 1984, and Kelly (Lucinda Dickey) is a jazz dancer taking classes under a teacher who wants her polished and obedient. After hours she drifts toward the street, where Ozone (Adolfo Quinones) and Turbo (Michael Chambers) are spinning on flattened cardboard for whoever stops to watch. Joel Silberg builds the film around the three of them, and Kelly has to decide whether she belongs on a stage or on the pavement.
