In winter in Northern Norway, half sisters Ida (Moa Gammel) and Tuva (Madeleine Martin) head out on a free-diving trip together. A rockslide traps them underwater, and the two have only so much air between them and the surface. Joachim Hedén keeps the camera down in the cold water with them, so you share their breathing, one held breath after another.
