“Based On The Impossible True Story”

A 14-year-old boy goes through the ice on a frozen lake and stays under for more than fifteen minutes. By the time he reaches the hospital, John Smith (Marcel Ruiz) is fighting for his life, and no one in the building expects him to wake. Roxann Dawson follows his mother, Joyce (Chrissy Metz), who sits at his bedside with her husband Brian (Josh Lucas) and Pastor Jason Noble (Topher Grace) and refuses to leave.
