Bridesmaids

“Save the date.”

Annie (Kristen Wiig) is broke and lovelorn, and she wants one thing to go right: standing beside her lifelong best friend Lillian (Maya Rudolph) as maid of honor. Paul Feig sends her through the engagement party and the bridal shop, where Helen (Rose Byrne) is only too happy to take over the planning. Annie fakes confidence at every step, and the friendship she is trying to hold onto is the thing most at risk.
