Bright Future

Yûji Nimura (Joe Odagiri) wants to get through the day at an oshibori factory without his temper taking him over, and the one person who seems to understand is his coworker Mamoru Arita (Tadanobu Asano). The two men share that anger and a pet jellyfish they keep as if it were a secret. Kiyoshi Kurosawa films all of it with a flat, patient calm that never explains the rage.
