“Letting go can be harder than hanging on.”

True Brandywine (Wyatt Russell) returns to his family's struggling ranch in winter, where his father George (Dennis Quaid) is fighting to keep the land and everyone on it alive. The Brandywines are broke, and True must decide whether to stay and help save what his family built or leave again. What survives poverty is not the land, but how people choose to show up for each other when there's nothing left to lose.
