“This is War. This is Brooklyn.”

Three cops work the sixty-fifth precinct in Brownsville, where the Van Dyke housing projects sit at the center of every shift. Eddie Dugan (Richard Gere) is days from retirement, Sal Procida (Ethan Hawke) is a father with a house too small for his family, and Tango Butler (Don Cheadle) is working undercover. Antoine Fuqua sets the three on separate paths, and the one thing waiting between Tango and the dealer Caz (Wesley Snipes) is a debt of loyalty.
