Brother

“Are You Japanese?”

Aniki Yamamoto (Takeshi Kitano), a yakuza whose life in Japan has turned deadly, only wants to stay alive, and that means leaving. He lands in Los Angeles, where his younger brother Ken (Claude Maki) and Ken's small gang take him in. Kitano plays Aniki flat and quiet, and with Denny (Omar Epps) now in the circle, the question is how much Aniki will risk for these men.
