Brüno (Sacha Baron Cohen) is an Austrian fashion journalist who wants one thing: to be famous, and he flies to Los Angeles to launch a celebrity interview show of his own. Larry Charles films him in documentary style as he puts his questions to unsuspecting guests and walks into crowds that have no idea what he plans to say. Brüno keeps going with the same flat, bright confidence, whatever the room does back to him.
