Burning Hearts

Marilena Camporeale (Elodie) is the beautiful wife of a clan boss on the Gargano promontory in Puglia, a land the sun has scorched and feuds have kept raw. Her forbidden love for Andrea Malatesta (Francesco Patanè), the reluctant heir of the rival family, reopens an old war between the two clans. Pippo Mezzapesa follows her as the Camporeale cast her out and the Malatesta hold her, and what she stands to lose is her place in both families.
