(2000)Directed by Marcelo Piñeyro125 min · RRomance, Crime

“Based on a true story that for 35 years was kept secret...”

El Nene (Leonardo Sbaraglia) wants one big score, and in Argentina in 1965 he takes it from a bank in Buenos Aires with Ángel (Eduardo Noriega), the man he loves. The hold-up goes bloody, and the two run to a building the police soon surround. Marcelo Piñeyro keeps them in that cramped space, where the tenderness between El Nene and Ángel is all they have left.
