“Attention!!”

A barren, futuristic Tokyo of highways and wastelands is where the punk bands and their fans gather, loud and restless, to protest slow, boring Japanese living. Command Sasaki (Takanori Jinnai) and Kuronuma (Shigeru Izumiya) are among the crowd, and the bands on the bill include The Roosters, The Rockers and The Stalin. Gakuryu Ishii builds the film as a showcase for the real groups of the early 1980s, recording how the scene looked and sounded.
