“How many lives are you willing to sacrifice?”

Nina Manigan (Anne Curtis) is a rookie agent on a special forces team sent into a Manila slum to bust a drug den. Erik Matti puts her beside the veteran Rico Yatco (Brandon Vera) as the operation goes wrong and the team finds itself shut inside the neighborhood it came to raid. The film ends on Nina in the narrow, crowded streets, with the slum closing in around her.
